If you want fully crosspolarized shots for photgrammetry, photometry of even just for photography to block out all specular light of your ringflash and get correct color data, this polarizing filter is the best choice for your scanning device.

It's a pecise, sturdy and smooth 3D printed frame together with a high quality linear polarizing film.
The light 125 grams of the filter doesn't add too much weight to your rig. It's attachable through magnets directly to the ringflash and stays stable in every situation. Thanks to its magnets and the handle it is adjustable in 45 degrees steps to easily change from cross-polarized to parallel-polarized within seconds. It stays cool even on long scanning trips because of its ventilation holes on the side.

It's compatible for the Godox Witstro AR 400, Quadralite RX400, Flashpoint RF-400 and RIKO400 and Walimex Pro HS-400.

What is the filter made of?

The filter is 3D printed and made of PLA filament. Beside the polarisation film it has small magnets and screws made of stainless steel.

Can I add my VAT number for my purchase?

My flter broke, what can I do?

How do I align the filter?

Simply put the filter on your ringflash and a polarisation filter on your lens. Turn on the LEDs of the ringflash and point it to a mirror or another reflective surface. Rotate the filter on your lens until the reflection of the LEDs in the mirror are no visible for the camera anymore. It’s not possible to completely get rid of the reflections but almost. The only visible light is dark blue/purple on metallic objects. Now your light and your camera are crosspolarized. If you turn the filter on the light by 90 degrees, it’s parallel polarized. 180 degrees is cross polarized again. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
